Haus Geiben - Ferien in der Südeifel (EN version please read below)

In unserem sehr geräumigen Haus bieten wir drei Ferienwohnungen an, und keine Sorge ... Haus und Grundstück sind so groß, dass für alle Gäste genügend Platz ist, auch wenn ihre Bedürfnisse ganz unterschiedlich sind!

Unser Haus mit seinem Freizeitraum im Parterre bietet sich an für Familientreffs oder Feiern im Freundeskreis, in Kombination mit der Küche der im Parterre befindlichen Ferienwohnung! Gleichzeitig ist das Haus auch ideal für Monteure, da es ein ganzes Team aufnehmen kann und die Monteure sind in der Freizeit nicht auf ein einziges Zimmer beschränkt, sondern können auf andere Räume ausweichen.

Eine Wohnung befindet sich im Parterre mit Eingang vom Hof aus und direktem Zugang für Pkw (auch mit Rampe für Rollstuhl zugänglich).

Zwei Wohnungen liegen im 1. Stock, sowohl die eine als auch die andere mit Ausblick in's Grüne! Zwischen den beiden Wohnungen liegt eine geräumige Diele und ein privat genutztes Zimmer, das im Bedarfsfall auch zu einer Ferienwohnung hinzu gemietet werden kann.

Unsere Oase mit Panoramablick befindet sich im Dachgeschoss, wo ein weiteres Schlafzimmer mit einem Bett liegt.

Das Erdgeschoss wird privat genutzt, aber auf der am Haupteingang gelegenen Terasse (Abendsonne) sind auch Sie herzlich willkommen.

Haus Geiben - Holidays in the southern part of the Eifel

In our very spacious house we offer three holiday flats, and don't worry ... House and property are so big that there is enough space for all guests, even if their needs are quite different!

Our house with its recreation room on the ground floor is ideal for family get-togethers or celebrations with friends, in combination with the kitchen of the holiday flat on the ground floor! In the same time, it is the ideal location for workers as it offers enough space for a whole team and workers are  not limited to a single room during leisure time but have plenty of possibilities.

One flat is on the ground floor with entrance from the courtyard and direct access for cars (also accessible with ramp for wheelchairs).

Two flats are on the 1st floor, both with a green view. Between the two flats is a spacious hallway and a privately used room, which can also be rented as a sleeping room, if necessary.

Our "Oasis" with panoramic view is located on the top floor, next to a further room with one bed.

The ground floor is used privately, but you are very welcome on the terrace (evening sun) located at the main entrance.
